During this challenging time, we remain committed to our community, our customers and our employees.  Please take a minute to review our most recent operations update.


Our stores are open and we want to share some information with you regarding some changes we have made to help make your shopping experience a bit easier during this difficult time. We want to make it as convenient as possible to get you the products you need when you need them.


Beginning Wednesday, March 25, we will be offering Curbside Pickup when shopping with us or bringing in equipment for repair.


Here’s how it works:


1.        Please contact your regular salesperson or your local store with your order.  Store numbers are as follows:

Swanton         (802) 868-5444

Rutland          (802) 775-5411


2.        If you do not have an account with us and want to pay by credit card, please be prepared to provide your credit card over the phone.

3.        We will pull and fulfill your order as requested. If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will offer you a replacement item, as long as we have similar products available.

4.        We will call you with any revisions and let you know what the order total is. Please note:  We are asking for a 2 hour window to pull your order. We will call you once your order is ready for pickup.

5.        If you need an item repaired, please call to discuss the repair needed and arrange for drop off of the equipment.

6.        When you arrive in our parking lot, please call our store and we will direct you as to where to pick up your order or drop off your repair.

7.        We are here for everyone. Even if you don’t know exactly what you need we are here to help. We will do our best to work through all inquiries the best we can.


We will continue to be proactive in providing you the latest information on our efforts to maintain uninterrupted service to you.


Finally, please know how much we appreciate your loyalty to Leader Evaporator. Our leadership team is in constant communication to ensure that as news develops, we are doing the most we can to ensure the safety of our customers, suppliers and employees.


Our hearts go out to all who've been impacted – including other local businesses who have been forced to close or make severe adjustments to their business model. We recognize that we have been blessed by being allowed to stay open, and we are committed to being responsive to your needs as this situation evolves.
