Sturdy iron, two-burner gas stand with valves and regulator, S/S tig-welded pan, and 1" threaded fitting in bottom. Gas heat is easliy adjusted and can be completely shutoff when syrup reaches the correct density.

Includes 16 x 34" Stainless Steel pan with 1" fitting in bottom; stand with two burner, valves and regulator.

Operates on bottle gas. 160,000 BTU. 28 gallon capacity.
