Gas-Fired Filter and Canning Unit
Here are canning units that filters as well as heat your syrup, enabling canning in one easy operation. Sturdy steel stand; valve and burner plus our own stainless steel pan, filter tray lid, and thermometer fitting.
16x16 inch
Uses 22" x 30" or 36" x 36" filter and prefilters. This unit is fueled with a regular 20# propane cylinder, no special fitting required. Capacity with filter rack: 5 Gallons; without rack: 10 Gallons.
Standard Kit Includes:
- 16" x 16" Stainless Steel Pan with 1/2" outlet fitting and 1/4" dial thermometer fitting(dial thermometer not included).

Ideal for filtering and canning syrup. Pan capacity below filter approx. 15 gallons. Comes complete with stainless steel pan, filter rack cover, stand with adjustable legs and container tray, 40,000 B.T.U. L.P. burner, hose, regulator, and thermometer fitting.
Dial Thermometer & ½" Faucet not included.
