Patti and Kevin Plew have been farming maple for about 10 years in Mount Holly, Vermont. What makes the business work for them is the combination of maple with a very active farmstand, where, in addition to their maple products, they offer organically raised beef, pork, chicken, turkeys, and a variety of produce from local farms. Plew Farm is dedicated to providing a local alternative to commercially produced factory food.
